Security Plan
My Role
In this project, I led a team project for a simulated company called SnowBe Online. We reviewed its fictional background, spotted potential security gaps, and created policies to address them. Once the policies were in place, I pulled everything together into a complete security plan — a clear, organized document aimed at strengthening the company’s overall security posture.
Change Control Management Policy
My Role
I created this Change Control Management Policy for SnowBe Online to guide system and process updates. It outlines how to assess risks, get approvals, and document changes, keeping operations secure, stable, and efficient.
Data Backup Policy
My Role
I developed this Data Backup Policy to ensure SnowBe Online can securely back up and recover critical data. It outlines backup schedules, storage requirements, and retention rules for mission‑critical and non‑critical systems. The goal is to protect information, minimize downtime, and maintain business continuity in the event of disruptions or data loss.
Security Maturity Model
My Role
For this assignment, I reviewed the fictitious company SnowBe Online and used a security maturity model to rate different aspects of the company — like IR (Incident Response), AC (Access Control), and other CMMC domains. After scoring each area, we ranked them by urgency to decide which should be addressed first and which could be handled later.
